The Bag – Ok look, I think this bag is so ugly… If you love it, that’s fine, live your 90’s fantasy little humans! My 8 year old thought it was pretty cool. The colors are very vibrant, and the faux fur is very soft. I’ve had an Ipsy subscription for many a year though, and this bag is not likely to stay in my permanent collection. There are so many wonderful ways to reuse Ipsy bags though… see this post!
FENTY SKIN Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen – I love a multipurpose product, and tbh I am terrible at applying sunscreen, so this is definitely a win, thank you Rihanna! And it smells good! This is a 30ml, deluxe size sample, which they actually sell at Sephora for $22! The 50ml full size product retails for $38, and comes in a very cool refillable tube. I would definitely say that getting this in my bag was a great value.
PLUM Color Affair Nail Polish in Winter Rose – This came in a tiny little 5ml bottle, a lot of polishes come in full size in the regular ipsy bag. The color is so so pretty though, and has a beautiful glossy shine when it dries. The 7-free formula is nearly odorless. These polishes will only run you a few bucks each on plumgoodness.com.
POLAAR Ice Pure Gentle Scrub with Arctic Cotton – 20ml, deluxe sample. The 50ml full size product will run you almost $25. This contains 2 grain sizes to maximize exfoliation, biodegradable silica and volcanic lava.
PURLISSE BEAUTY Perfect Glow BB Concealer in Light – I haven’t tried this yet, but was excited to see it in my bag this month. The full size product is 10ml and $28. Apparently a deluxe sample is the same 5ml size as Purlisse’s Travel size, which they sell for $15.
VINTAGE BY JESSICA LIEBESKIND Cashmere Lip Pencil in Mocha – This full size lip pencil is a darker neutral/pinkish/brown with a smooth formula. I used it to line and then fill in my lips, it stayed put really well when applying other lippies over. The retail value of this liner is $21, pretty stoked to have this in my bag!
